Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of SonicVerse Studios, located at 888 Melody Lane, Suite 200, Los Angeles, CA 90068, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Services Provided

SonicVerse Studios offers a range of audio recording and production services, including but not limited to:

• Audio Recording: Professional recording of music, voice-overs, and podcasts.
• Mixing & Mastering: Post-production services to enhance and finalize audio recordings.
• Voice-Over Recording: Dedicated booth for clean and clear voice recordings.
• Podcast Production: Comprehensive services from recording to distribution.
• Sound Design: Creating immersive soundscapes for various media.
• Audio Restoration: Enhancing and restoring old or damaged audio recordings.

3. Payment Terms

All services provided by SonicVerse Studios are subject to payment of fees as outlined in our pricing schedule, which is available upon request or on our website. Payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost is required to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the services and before the release of the final product.
• Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.
• Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 5% per month on the outstanding balance.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Copyright and Ownership

SonicVerse Studios respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. Regarding copyright and ownership:

• The client retains all copyrights and ownership of the original material recorded or produced at SonicVerse Studios.
• SonicVerse Studios retains ownership of any original sound design elements, mixing techniques, or mastering processes created during the provision of services.
• Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses and permissions for any copyrighted material used in their projects.
• SonicVerse Studios reserves the right to use excerpts of client projects for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients using the services of SonicVerse Studios are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information regarding their project requirements.
• Ensuring that all materials provided to SonicVerse Studios do not infringe on any third-party rights.
• Adhering to scheduled session times and arriving on time.
• Treating studio equipment and facilities with respect and care. Any damage caused by the client will be their responsibility to repair or replace.
• Reviewing and approving all work produced by SonicVerse Studios in a timely manner.

6. Limitation of Liability

SonicVerse Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• The use or inability to use our services.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party.
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to SonicVerse Studios for the services in question.

7. Confidentiality

SonicVerse Studios agrees to keep all client information and project details confidential. We will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without the client's explicit consent. However, this confidentiality obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available or required to be disclosed by law.

8. Termination

SonicVerse Studios reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles, California.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

SonicVerse Studios reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. Your continued use of our services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
